(35) Krieg ist im Reigen der Zeitenläufe, unablässig, seit der Schaddain sich wider Allvater aufwarf. Platz findet, Raum greifet, wo des Helden Schwert wird gebraucht, wo nach kühner Tat ist verlangt.
(36) Den Platz kennet, welcher der eure ist. Wer zögert, der duldet - wer duldet lässt obsiegen die Mächte der Höll.
(37) Sanft biete Gruß dem Sanftmütigen, doch Schlachtruf schleudre entgegen dem Argen. Kenne Liebe an ihrem Platz - wie die Stunde des Speers.
(38) Mitleidvoll fühle, wo Notkrallen rissen ein Leid. Hart aber blicke ins Auge dessen, der dies wollte missbrauchen.

(42) Vielgesichtig ist die Fratze des Bösen, die aus den Fugen der Erde allerorts gafft, vielhäuptig sind seine reißenden Rachen. Kein Schwertstreich allein taugt, alle zu spalten.
(43) Flammenmeere werden tosen über den Ländern noch manche Zeiteinheit, ehe der Wurm vergeht. Arglist nähret des Unwesens Wanst, macht mächtig den Werfer der Schatten.
(44) Wer wollte da Einhalt gebieten dem Grausen, so lang nicht sich auftut der Krug des klärenden Wassers? Ausharret darum! Bereitstehen sollt ihr durch alle Zeiten, bis erfüllt sich die Stunde siegreichen Schwerts. Hoch wehen dann wird die Fahne im Sturme der endsiegenden Schlacht, wenn des Wasserkrugs Strahl netzt die Erdenwelt.
(45) Fern ist noch der Tag, ist die Stunde des Sieges. Fegende Wolken türmen herbei, um Blitze zu speien.
(46) Lichtreich, o Lichtreich, dem Schiff bricht der Kiel, Trümmer nur landen am Harmstrand. Lest auf die Stücke, sorgsam hütet sie für ein neues Werk: Siegschiff da einst. Wenn der Strahl bläht das Segel - vom Jenseits er kommt durch Ilu's Sonne, unsichtbar - dann ist die Zeit.

(48) Schwarzer Stein, wirkmächtig Kraft. Isais einst barg ihn aus des Höllenpfuhls grauser Stätte, überlistend den Fürsten der Schatten, der ihn aus Walhall hatte lassen rauben.
(49) Dazu Isais benutzte die List, schnitt vom Haupthaar sich ab Ellenlängen und legte an Knabenkleidung, um Schaddains Wächter zu täuschen. So drang sie ein in der Hölle finsteren Pfuhl, um zu retten den schwarzlila Stein:

Trebeta was the legendary founder of Trier according to the Gesta Treverorum.
According to a legend recorded in the 12th century, Deeds of the Treveri, the city was founded by an mythological-unrecorded prince of Assyria named Trebeta, placing the city's founding legend independent of and centuries before ancient Rome's.
Trebeta's parents were said to have been Ninus, a legendary "King of Assyria" invented by the ancient Greeks (first mentioned by Ctesias), and an unknown mother who was Ninus's wife before Semiramis. Semiramis took control of the kingdom upon his father's death and Trebeta was forced into exile, wandering through Europe before settling at Trier. His body was said to have been cremated on Petrisberg. However, there is no historical evidence that the Assyrians or an Assyrian prince named Trebeta crossed into Europe from the Middle East in Assyrian records of the time.[1]
The German historian Johannes Aventinus disputed that Trebeta (whom he called Trever or Treiber) was the son of Ninus, claiming that he was in fact a son of Ninus' contemporary Mannus, who was supposedly the second king of Germany. Aventinus also credited Trever with building settlements at Metz, Mainz, Basel, Strasbourg, Speyer and Worms.
